Origin : Variety mainly planted in Normandy
Picking date : Harvest time: mid-November
Uses : Bitter-sweet variety maturing in mid-November. Its late flowering combined with a weak foliage reduces the risks of scab attacks. Moderately hardy variety with good technological quality for cider production. To be planted in fairly fertile soils. Requires a sustained supply of magnesia.
Cider: fragrant (particular aromas of clove)

Susceptibility to alternate bearing / thinning : Réaction à l’éclaircissage chimique : moyenne.Reaction to chemical thinning: average.
Susceptibility / resistance to diseases : Scab: high - Powdery mildew: low - Canker: high - Fire blight: susceptible on flowers and fairly susceptible on shoots.

Fruit description : Shape: flattened, yellow skin at maturity with sometimes an orange blush
Fruit size : small to medium 44.5 g (30 to 78g)
