Uses : Bitter-sweet variety maturing in mid-November. Its late flowering combined with a weak foliage reduces the risks of scab attacks. Moderately hardy variety with good technological quality for cider production. To be planted in fairly fertile soils. Requires a sustained supply of magnesia.
