Uses : Bitter variety, maturing in the second half of October. Good productivity, tolerant to bio-aggressors. Its average vigour requires a sufficiently fertile soil; this will make it easier to control alternation. The tree's habit is very drooping; the branches are very thin at the base; fruiting is at the end of the branch on a crowned twig. It is therefore difficult to keep the axis straight and a high trellis is strongly recommended, especially in a moderately vigorous context.
Cider: not very sweet, bitter and astringent (similar to Marie Ménard and Kermerrien).
