Uses : Bitter-sweet variety maturing at the end of October to the beginning of November. Its medium to high productivity is associated with a rapid increase in production. It can produce regularly in good soil conditions and if additional thinning is carried out regularly. Easy to manage but a specific management of the axis is necessary to keep its verticality.
Cider: medium tannin (between Douce Moën and Dabinett).
